VIKING HIKING (NORDIC WALKING)

FULL INSTRUCTION GIVEN AND STICKS PROVIDED

Walking is the most fundamental of all forms of physical activity.

Viking Hiking (Nordic Walking) is an outdoor session, where you learn to walk with sticks/poles. It improves your fitness and is very effective dynamic strength exercise for the upper body.

Aberdeen Sessions

Dobbies Garden Centre, Hazlehead - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am (All year round)
Duthie Park, Polmuir Road gate - Tuesday 2pm (October - March)
Beach Promenade, "Fittie end" - Tues 6pm (April - October)
